Booking & Payments

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of a cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable. If rescheduling is necessary, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Scope of Services

Each service package is customized and will be outlined in detail upon booking. Any additions or changes must be approved in writing and may affect pricing.

Vendor Relationships

We collaborate with trusted industry professionals and will guide you through vendor selection. While we coordinate and recommend, all third-party contracts remain between the client and vendor.

Communication

We value timely, clear communication. Regular planning meetings and email check-ins are included with your package, with response times of 24–48 business hours.

Day-of Conduct

We are your advocates and your calm in the storm. In return, we expect respectful behavior from all parties involved to ensure a positive and professional event environment.

Liability

Vista & Vine is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen disruptions caused by weather, vendor issues, or acts outside of our control.
